We will choose the appropriate shipping method according to the shipping address, product characteristics (perishable baked products) and your requirements to ensure that the products are delivered in good condition.

In accordance with the latest U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and USPS policies, all our shipped packages will provide accurate and complete declaration information (including detailed HS codes, recipient's complete identity information, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs clearance requirements and avoid package detention or fines.

3. Shipping Fees

3.1 The shipping fee is calculated based on the shipping address, package weight and shipping method. The specific shipping fee will be displayed on the order confirmation page before you pay. You can check the shipping fee amount before confirming the order;

3.2 We provide free shipping services for orders that meet the following conditions: the order amount in California is over $50, and the order amount outside California is over $100;

3.3 If you need to choose a special shipping method (such as expedited shipping, same-day delivery), you need to pay an additional corresponding fee, and the specific fee standard will be notified to you separately.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

4.1 Order processing time: We will process your order within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment (excluding weekends and holidays). For customized products, the processing time may be extended to 3-5 working days, and we will notify you of the specific processing time when you place the order;

4.2 Delivery time: The delivery time is calculated from the date of order shipment, and the specific time varies according to the shipping address:

  • Within California: 1-3 working days;

  • Other states in the United States: 3-7 working days;

  • Remote areas: The delivery time may be extended by 1-2 working days.

Note: The delivery time is an estimated time, which may be delayed due to factors such as weather, traffic, customs inspection or peak logistics periods. We will try our best to ensure the delivery time, but we shall not be liable for any losses caused by unavoidable delays.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which contains the tracking number and the link to the logistics tracking page. You can query the real-time logistics status of the package through the tracking link or the official website of the logistics service provider.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 working days after payment, or if you cannot query the logistics information through the tracking number, please contact us in a timely manner.

6. Receipt and Inspection of Packages

6.1 When receiving the package, please check the outer packaging of the package for damage, leakage or other abnormalities in the presence of the courier. If there is any abnormality, please ask the courier to issue a proof of damage, and contact us within 24 hours to handle it;

6.2 After signing for the package, please check the product as soon as possible. If you find that the product is damaged, deteriorated or inconsistent with the order information, please refer to our Refund Policy to apply for a refund or exchange.

7. Shipping Restrictions

7.1 You shall ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate, complete and valid. If the package is returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you shall bear the corresponding losses (including but not limited to return shipping fees, reshipping fees, product damage fees, etc.);

7.2 We do not assume liability for product damage or quality changes caused by factors such as temperature changes during transportation, unless such damage or changes are caused by improper packaging by us;

7.3 For areas with special logistics restrictions (such as remote areas, areas affected by natural disasters), we may suspend shipping services. We will notify you in a timely manner if such a situation occurs.
