1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 We accept refund requests only in the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged, deteriorated, moldy or has other quality problems that do not meet food safety standards when received;

  • The product delivered is inconsistent with the product information you ordered (such as wrong product, wrong specification, etc.);

  • The product is not delivered within the agreed time limit due to our reasons, and you refuse to wait for delivery.

1.2 The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • You are not satisfied with the taste, flavor or appearance of the product (which does not affect food safety);

  • The product is damaged or deteriorated due to improper storage, transportation or handling by you or the recipient after receipt;

  • The product has passed the shelf life due to your prolonged storage;

  • You cancel the order after the product has been shipped;

  • The product is a customized product (unless there is a quality problem caused by us).

2. Refund Application Procedures

2.1 If you need to apply for a refund, you shall contact us through our contact email (glassrm2595@gmail.com) within 24 hours after receiving the product, and provide the following information:

  • Order number;

  • Detailed description of the problem (including the type of problem, time of discovery, etc.);

  • Relevant evidence (such as clear photos or videos of the product and the outer packaging).

2.2 After receiving your refund application, we will verify the relevant information and the product problem within 3 working days. If the application meets the refund conditions, we will confirm the refund amount and refund method with you;

2.3 If the refund application is approved, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The time for the refund to arrive in your account depends on the processing speed of your payment institution, and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the payment institution.

3. Refund Amount

3.1 If the product has quality problems or is inconsistent with the order information, we will refund the full amount of the product (including the product price and the shipping fee paid by you);

3.2 If the product is not delivered within the agreed time limit due to our reasons, we will refund the full amount of the order (including product price and shipping fee) or provide you with a coupon of equal value for your next purchase, and you can choose either option;

3.3 If only part of the products in the order have problems, we will refund the corresponding amount of the problematic products.

4. Special Notes

4.1 Baked products are perishable foods. To ensure food safety and the accuracy of the verification results, please apply for a refund in a timely manner and keep the product and its outer packaging properly before the refund is approved;

4.2 If you fail to provide sufficient evidence to prove that the product has problems, or if the problem is caused by your own reasons, we have the right to reject your refund application;

4.3 We reserve the right to adjust this Refund Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and business conditions. The revised Policy will be announced on the Website, and the revised content will take effect on the date of announcement. Your continued use of our services after the revision shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
